The aneurysms of the arteries of the lower limbs are also relatively rare, but represent, however, at least 1% of all aneurysms. Instead of the aneurysms of the thoracic and abdominal aorta, the thrombus  with complete occlusion of the vessel and its acute ischemia of the involved limb and embolism again with distal severe ischemia represent the main symptom. Usually appear as a swelling in the inguinal button or at the popliteal cavity. The indication to surgery for high frequency to occur limb ischemia (acute pain, leg and cold bluish, and high risk of amputation) is mandatory, with prosthetic or autologous vein graft or a femoro-popliteal by-pass (prosthetic or autologous vein). Useful, according to appropriate indications, the technique of the endovascular percutaneuos insertion of a endoprostheses.
